Mary Briney, who had been grooming professionally for over two and a half years prior to starting the business, is the heart and soul of Irish Touch Pet Grooming. Her passion for animals and her commitment to providing the best possible care for every pet are what set the business apart.
Mary's qualifications reflect her dedication to the craft. She is certified in the Professional Grooming Career Course, Science of the Skin, Pet First Aid & CPR, Certified Pet Aesthetician, and Salon Sanitization. These certifications ensure that she is equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle all grooming needs, from routine cuts to more complex skin conditions. Her in-depth understanding of skin irritation, allergies, fungal and bacterial infections, and overall pet health enables her to give each pet a personalized and thorough grooming experience.
The journey to opening Irish Touch Pet Grooming began when Mary and Jeff decided to take a leap and turn Mary’s passion for grooming into a full-time business. Initially, it was just Mary working solo, but by May 2020, the client base grew rapidly, leading to a need for expansion. Mary and her staff have always done the BEST job with our dogs. Our previous dog never needed a hair cut, just a bath and nail trim, but our new labradoodle mix was desperately needing a cut and bath and she came home looking stunning!! I would trust these girls with my pets any time!!!
